Hypnosis can be the magic bullet everyone looks for to make a change. Adding some additional work after the hypnosis session often provides additional tools to make the change faster and permanent. As part of our process, I will be staying in touch by email to provide support for the 3 months after our session. This is all included in the cost. You may also benefit from additional coaching modalities that we offer. 
The Albany Complementary Health brand of Wellness Coaching will provide you with those elements that are not often in the mainstream, and as always some of them are very old and proven over hundreds of years and some of them are new discoveries. We will work on the ones we feel are essential to live a longer, happier and healthier Life.
Coaching can be addressed in 2 ways. You can book Private sessions to focus on individual concerns, or if you feel you are ready for Transformational Change that involves a commitment to effect that change in an expedient manner, you can choose to engage a 50 or 100 Day Coaching Program that is custom designed for the changes you want. That can involve Hypnosis sessions, Emotional release Protocols, Nutritional advice, and Movement Practices along with other Modalities that will bring you to the change you want in the shortest amount of time.  This is deep and transformational work that not everyone is ready to commit to. However, when you are ready for this level of serious commitment to Change, you will find the 50 and 100 day Intensives a brilliant way to reach your goal.
Physical Movement
Moving Meditation and Mental and Emotional Health Strategies can also be part of the process if those areas are needed to reach your goals.
at its most simplistic, walking for 30 minutes each day is beneficial. We teach people a sophisticated movement protocol that is typical in internal martial arts training but rarely is seen outside of that training. It focuses on conditioning Connective Tissue and is the best Training we have found so far, and everyone can do it.
Nutrition
We will focus on Superfoods, nutrients and herbs that help support core cell health. other dietary considerations are again available from many mainstream books and people.
