The Practice of Gratitude is something that if you do not practice every day you should give it a try. i spend much of my time every year learning wellness practices from a variety of people who i consider to be smarter than me. by smarter i mean, they have figured out how to live life at it’s fullest. Robin Sharma and others suggest that everyone engage in a gratitude practice, that may be a daily journal or something as simple as a pause once or twice a day to say thanks for something good that happened to you that day.
what i have felt is that gratitude is part of the underlying fabric of Reality and to align ourselves with those feelings each day keeps our connection with our Spiritual Self. we are often to busy to feel this connection in the body, but if you engage a practice like this you will find that the benefits are cumulative and your Life will become better in a subtle and easy way.
the purpose of all Spiritual work is to integrate all the Bodies…Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual into the Physical Body in the Now Moment.
